  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect product).

4. Exchanges

  • We currently offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items.
  • If you would like to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team with your order details.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
